Highdene Implant Centre is our new service providing the latest technology in implants and gum care. We are able to offer specialist treatments in:

• Implant retained crowns under sedation
• Periodontal treatment and gum surgery

Implant techniques and materials are constantly improving and they are a popular option for tooth replacement as they are far superior to any other method (such as bridges and dentures). For instance, Nobel Biocare has introduced the 4-in-1 technique which enables the dentist to place implants at different angles.

In this way, complicated surgery such as sinus lifts and bone grafting can now be avoided, while excellent results are maintained.

Highdene Implant Centre is a referral centre for dental implants. If you are not a patient at the practice, your own dentist can refer you for implant treatment at the surgery with our consultant Harpal Chana (MSc Lond 1994, FDS (Rest Dent) RCS Eng 2000, FDS RCS Eng 1996, BDS Brist 1988, GDC 64115)

Implants are not as expensive as you may think and at this practice we have not only frozen the prices for some of our implants, we have also reduced the price for some. Please call the surgery for more information.

Mini implants can cost as little as £500. For other types of implants, the starting price is £900 with an additional cost of a crown from £750.
